Forged, not printed.
Layers of high-carbon steel are welded, drawn out and folded by hand, then etched so the pattern you see is the steel itself — never a laser-etched imitation. Each blade is then heat-treated for edge retention, ground on a hand-held belt, and finished with a fitted wood, Micarta or leather handle.
