Shipping, legal and age policy.

Age restriction

We sell knives, swords and axes to adults only. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or older if your state, country or local law sets a higher minimum age for buying bladed goods. We will not knowingly ship to a minor, and we ask that an adult is available to receive the parcel. Deliveries may require a signature.

Ordering and confirmation

Orders are agreed on WhatsApp. Before anything is forged or dispatched we confirm the exact piece, the specification, the total price in USD, the shipping method and an estimated timeline. Nothing is charged before you have that confirmation in writing. Most pieces are made to order, so the lead time depends on the piece and our current queue — we quote it per order rather than publishing a single promise we cannot keep for every item.

Shipping to the United States

Parcels are packed so the blade cannot move, declared correctly, and sent with a tracked international courier service to your US address. You receive the tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected. Delivery times vary by courier, destination state and customs, and we give you the current estimate for your address when we confirm the order. All prices are quoted in USD.

Worldwide international delivery

We ship internationally outside the USA as well. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price. Some countries prohibit the import of certain blades, folding mechanisms or blade lengths entirely. If your country restricts what you are ordering, please check before you order — we cannot refund a parcel seized or destroyed by customs.

Blade law is the buyer's responsibility

Everything we sell is intended as a collectible, kitchen or outdoor tool. Knife and sword law in the United States is set at state, county and city level, and rules on ownership, blade length, carry and specific blade types differ between them. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and follow the ownership, carry, import and shipping laws that apply where they live before ordering. If local rules prohibit delivery of an item to your address, tell us beforehand.

Safe use

Our blades are sharp and our display pieces are not sparring weapons. Do not use a display sword or collectible for cutting, chopping, prying or contact sparring. Keep all pieces stored securely and out of reach of children. We accept no liability for injury or damage caused by misuse.

Damaged, lost or incorrect parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or the piece is not what we confirmed, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace, re-make or refund the item — whichever you prefer — at our cost. If a tracked parcel stops moving or is lost in transit, we open the claim with the courier and keep you updated until it is resolved.

Returns and custom work

Because pieces are hand-forged to order, a bespoke commission made to your own specification cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind — this is why we confirm every detail in writing first. For a standard catalogue piece, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will agree a return or exchange; the item must be unused, unsharpened and in its original packaging, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Privacy

We only use your name, address and contact details to confirm, make and ship your order, and to answer your messages. We do not sell or share your details with anyone other than the courier carrying your parcel.
